How to control sleep [59th day]

Hi. It's Illinois Panda,

 I'm shocked and depressed right now because I took a nap for more than three hours even though I'm urged to do a pile of the tasks, particularly today. Spent more than three hours on a nap. Can you believe that? I can't. I never should've, and I didn't want to, but I did, unfortunately...... I just lay down on my bed to take a break (not sleep) for minutes, but I unconsciously lost my consciousness. In these days, I've been able to sleep neither at proper time nor for legit periods of time. That has resulted in the reduction of the performance in daytime. I come up with some causes of this bad sleep habit, such as the use of a smartphone or the increase of serotonin and tryptophan after eating. Anyway, I have to work on my sleep habits and make it improve immediately to deal with assignment. So, I will fix bad behaviors for healthy sleep as far as I come up and get good sleep from tonight on.
