Energetic Neighborhood [55th day]
Hello. It's Illinois Panda.
An extremely lively guy lives next to my room on the opposite side of my roommate's room. I've seen him on my face only a few times. However, he is so energetic that he guffaws, sings, or shouts all the time so that I can hear that voice easily from my room. That's why I know about him a little bit. He really likes playing games while talking with his friends over his phone, and singing songs, playing music with a speaker. I don't care about the sound as usual (It's not sarcasm, lol). I would like him to consider the time he enjoys himself and to turn his voice down, though. By the way, I hear from several students that they are in trouble in their neighborhood. The major cause of the trouble is sound pollution. It often arises individual personality, which I think derives from a culture where they've grown up. I feel it is difficult to both tolerate others' personalities or cultures and respect my life and feelings.
